As Struan implies elsewhere in a comment, contributing to a wiki may help you organise and structure what you have learned over the last few days. Why not add a bit to the Masterclass wiki I set up? Spending time organising your thoughts for a wiki entry may help you communicate those thoughts more effectively to your colleagues.
